2 cn Tuna; drained and flaked

1 cn Pineapple tidbits (reserve

-liquid) (9 oz) 2 tb Brown sugar

1 1/2 tb Cornstarch

1 ts MSG or lemon juice

3 tb Cider vinegar

2 ts Prepared mustard

3/4 c Water

1 Green pepper, cut in strips

Cooked rice Put tuna into skillet. Add liquid from pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, MSG, vinegar and mustard, and water. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Simmer 10 minutes, then add pineapple and green pepper strips, and simmer another

10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
