Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin 2 c Boiling water

2 ts Grated lime peel

1/4 c Lime juice

1 pt Vanilla ice cream, softened

1 Packaged Graham Cracker

Crumb Crust COOL WHIP Non-Dairy Whipped Topping, thawed, optional Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lime peel and juice. Spoon in ice-cream, stirring until melted and smooth. Chill until mixture will mound from spoon. Spoon gelatin mixture into crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
