1 lb Barbecued Breast of turkey

1 oz To 8 oz jar salsa

1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese

1/4 c Sliced ripe olives

1/2 c Sour cream

Source: MAINPOUL.ZIP fresh parsley Cut turkey into eight 3/4" slices. Place turkey in large skillet, overlapping slices. Add salsa. Bring to a boil; turn down heat. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Add cheese and olives. Cover. Heat one minute more until cheese melts. Place turkey on serving platter. Garnish with sour cream and parsley. Makes 4 servings.
