Honey Merry Christmas Cookies

Ingredients
1/3	cup	shortening
1	each	egg
1	teaspoon	lemon extract
1	teaspoon	soda
1/3	cup	sugar
2/3	cup	honey
2 3/4	cup	flour
1	teaspoon	salt

Directions:
Mix ingredients. Chill dough 2-3 hours. Roll out dough and cut. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
