1mdcarrot, chopped
1tablespoonvegetable oil
2poundground beef
1/4cupflour
1/4cupoatmeal
1garlic, to taste
1teaspoonworcestershire sauce
1eachbeef bouillon cube
6ozwater, hot

Directions:

Saute onions and carrots in vegetable oil. Add the ground beef and
brown and then drain off excess grease. Add the flour and oatmeal, garlic,
worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste. Put the bouillon cube in the hot
water, stir to-gether and add to beef. Put beef in a baking dish and top
with whipped potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 325 oven 25 -30
minutes.
