Beef And Pork Loaf

Ingredients
1 1/4	pound	beef, ground
1/2	pound	pork, lean, ground
2	cup	bread, crumbs, soft
1/4	cup	onion, minced
1	cup	milk
1	each	egg, beaten
2	teaspoon	salt
1/4	teaspoon	pepper
1		nutmeg, cloves, or cinnamon, dash
1/2	teaspoon	chili powder, optional

Directions:
Mix all together. Pack lightly in crockpot with rounded top. Cook on Low 8-9 hours.
