Really Quick Meat Balls

Ingredients
2	pound	beef, ground
1	each	milk, evaporated, can
1	cup	bread crumbs, fine
1	each	onion soup mix, package
1	each	egg, beaten
1/2	teaspoon	pepper
1/4	teaspoon	salt

Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients. Form into balls. Spray skillet with no-stick spray. Brown meatballs. Serve
