1 lb Lean round steak,cut into

Strips 1 sm Onion,chopped

2 tb Butter or margarine

1 cn 10 1/2 oz. condensed beef

Broth 1/2 Soup can water

1 1/2 c Frozen broccoli, cauliflower

And carrots,thawed 1/4 c Raisins

1 tb Lemon juice

1/8 ts Cinnamon

1 1/2 c Dry rice

1/2 c Sliced almonds

Brown beef and onion in hot butter in a large skillet.Add broth water,vegetables,raisins,lemon juice and cinnamon.Bring to a boil Stir in rice and almonds.Cover;remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Fluff with a fork.Makes 4 servings.
