1/2cupblue cheese, crumbled
1 1/2cupsour cream
1teaspoongarlic, minced
2tablespoonchives, fresh, finely chopped
1/8teaspoonhot sauce

Directions:

Blend the blue cheese and sour cream thoroughly. Add all the other ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill.

Makes about 2 cups of dip.

SUGGESTED DIPPERS: carrots, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, apple, pearapple, cocktail black bread, italian or french bread chunks
