Ingredients:

1 kg prawns(cleaned)
Indian red spinach
1 spoon oil
1/2 coconut(grated)
5-6 red chilles
1 cup turdal
one chopped onion
ani seeds
cumin seeds
garlic
coriander seeds
1/2 spoon turmeric powder
4 spoons tamarind juice

PROCEDURE:

Cook turdal & red spinach in the pressure cooker(3 whistles) 10 mins and keep aside. In a pan heat oil & fry onion, grated coconut, ani seeds, garlic, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and grind in the mixer till finely ground and add turmeric & tamarind juice. Put this mixture in a vessel pour the dal & spinach and the add the fresh cleaned prawns and cook for 15 mins. Serve hot with hot chapatis or steamed rice.
